About Us

Hi my name is Yvette and I am new to yoga.

I have always admired my friends and family who have always prioritized yoga in their daily lives. My husband persuaded me to come to his weekly Yin yoga class and I have not looked back. It got me thinking how many others are out there hanging back and missing out on the healing powers of yoga and bringing flow and energy into their lives. I was really fortunate that hubby went ahead and ordered all the beginner gear for me. I am quite shorter than him so the bolsters and other props which are great for him did not quite suit my physique. As a newbie I was not really sure what I was looking for.

Luckily we have an awesome yoga teacher who is kind and patient and helped us to choose the right yoga mats, props and accessories.

I would like to share this wisdom with you so you don’t have to go through what I did to get the right yoga gear for you and your loved ones.
